Description

• Fulfill an integral role in administrating resources for Family Office clients • Act as Account manager for a select group of Family Office clients • Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers • Actively service/retain existing accounts and develop new business opportunities • Maintain appropriate system records and document client communications • Schedule Family Office meetings at annual renewal or more frequently • Support Producers through proposals and client follow-up • Respond to client inquiries, service requests and claims issues

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Private Client insurance with a focus on Family Office • Valid P&C brokers’ license • College degree preferred • Industry specific designations preferred – CISR, ARM, or similar • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred
