• Responsibility for placement and client management on an assigned book of business • Guiding the Service team • Business development and retention for house accounts • Implementing the "Fewer & Stronger" market consolidation initiative • Negotiating the best terms and conditions for clients • Reviewing client contracts • Providing oversight and direction for Loss control services and claims management

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment. • Specialization in Construction preferred. • Active P&C insurance license • Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to develop carrier relationships • Above average analytical and problem-solving abilities • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to work efficiently in teams
