Description

• Provide essential support to 14 Sales Vice Presidents (VPs) by driving sales activities, generating leads, and assisting in closing deals. • Promote innovative healthcare technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. • Collaborate with Sales VPs to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, and effectively communicate the value proposition of healthcare technology solutions. • Understand product demonstrations and deliver persuasive introductions to showcase benefits and features to potential clients. • Collaborate with Sales VPs to prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM system. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients. • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven inside sales experience in the healthcare technology industry or a similar field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency with sales technology solutions and CRM systems with experience in maintaining accurate sales records • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape is highly desirable • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
