Description

• As our new Account Executive, you'll be pivotal in driving our growth within the K-12 market across the United States. • Forge new paths in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. • Build a pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging potential K-12 school districts. • Understand the needs and challenges of diverse markets, positioning our platform as the leading solution for tutoring management and data aggregation. • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. • Keep a pulse on the market to strategically pivot and seize opportunities. • Boost our brand at industry events and create strategic partnerships. • Leverage Salesforce for tracking and forecasting new opportunities. • Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements. • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and feedback from the field. • Meet and exceed annual sales goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in EdTech sales, with a solid track record and strong network. • Skilled in selling complex solutions and understanding the EdTech landscape. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Data-driven and customer-focused mindset. • Proficient with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Canva. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and able to travel as needed. • Extra Credit: If you’ve been a Sales Development Representative!
