β’ You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT or in a similar discipline β’ You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account management, Sales or Strategic consulting β’ Experience in B2B SaaS and/or procurement experience is a strong plus β’ You are highly adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment β’ You possess strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships - internally and externally (C-level) β’ You are a self-motivated and proactive team player who is able to prioritize your book of business β’ You have a drive for action and delivering customer outcomes! β’ You have outstanding written and oral ability in German and English β’ Experience working with Gainsight is a plus β’ You thrive working remotely (we don't have an office)
