• Securonix is seeking a seasoned Account Manager (West) with a strong background in cybersecurity and a deep understanding of SIEM solutions. • This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our footprint in the enterprise domain, focusing on delivering exceptional account management and customer satisfaction. • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise accounts. • You’ll be working directly with leaders of security teams at major corporations; providing them with insight and guidance on the Securonix solutions including SIEM, UEBA and SOAR. • Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction with our cybersecurity offerings and to explore opportunities for expanding their engagement with Securonix. • You will act as the primary contact for your accounts, providing strategic oversight and fostering long-term partnerships. • Lead account management for enterprise clients, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and SIEM solutions. • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to client needs, especially in the context of cybersecurity threats and SIEM utilization. • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies. • Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing their use of Securonix solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure effective account support and growth. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies.
• At least 5 -10 years of experience in cyber security sales and enterprise account management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SIEM. • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and developing and managing key accounts in the enterprise security software sector. • A strong track record selling to SOC teams at enterprise organizations. • Familiarity with SIEM products and enterprise use cases. • Outstanding consultative sales and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new challenges in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and engagements.
