• Promote and sell organization's products/services in assigned area • Generate sales leads via telemarketing, social media, and events • Identify and maintain internal/external partnerships • Develop relationships with potential clients • Conduct client presentations and proposals • Manage daily call records in CRM • Pursue leads and expand customer list • Achieve monthly sales quotas and goals • Extensive in-state travel required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • 3-5 years outside sales experience calling on the property & casualty claims industry • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
