Requirements

• 10+ years minimum experience in federal sales into Civilian government sector, with a focus on cybersecurity software solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the federal sector. • Strong sales methodology and forecasting skills (MEDDPICC, etc). • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior government officials and key stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Bonus points: • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Startup/High growth experience. • Previous success as early hire for Federal Sales in a high growth start up environment. • Active clearance preferred but not required.
