•10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market. •Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets in the Federal Civilian sector. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust. •Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape. •Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations. •Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes.
