Description

• Drive the success of Silgan Dispensing Systems by managing a customer base, pricing, and sales strategy. • Report to the Director of Sales and partner with leadership to generate growth. • Manage strategic accounts and work in a global account team. • Understand customer business strategies and market positioning. • Negotiate terms and conditions for growth and customer relationship management. • Support sales leader in forecasting and annual sales quotas. • Maintain strong knowledge of Silgan Dispensing portfolio and competitive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business or related field. • 1 year Direct sales / key account management experience/internship OR a degree in Packaging. • Ability to learn and apply new approaches and stay on top of the latest marketing and sales techniques. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. • Proven experience in working in a decentralized organization. • Detail oriented and self-motivated to exceed sales growth results. • Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
