• As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the DACH Market. • You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions. • You will support the sales team in the expansion of Smartpricing in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German and Austria) through activities of: • Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing. • Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartpricing is present at all major national trade fairs. • Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing. • Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market! • Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
• Experience in the role - you have at least 3 - 5 years previous experience in a sales team (SAAS, Software, Services) where you brilliantly exceeded your sales targets. • Desire to learn - you are willing to receive on the field coaching sessions and you are eager to read books on how to improve your sales skills. • Productivity - you have a strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles. • Organization - you pay attention to detail, maniacally plan your agenda and update the CRM in a timely manner. • Data-driven thinking- you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data. • Team player with winning mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, and you are willing to make sacrifices so that your colleagues reach it too. • Good English skills B2 level - We are an international company, we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively. • German language - Mother Tongue or C2 level.
