• Sell products and services to prospects • Lead outbound follow-ups with prospects • Develop and execute team strategies • Travel to connect with prospects, partners, and industry influencers • Maintain detailed records of accounts, forecasts, transactions, and activities • Craft and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations • Assist prospects in building compelling business cases • Collaborate with sales management and marketing • Work with Sales Development Representatives to transition leads • Engage with existing clients to gather feedback • Partner with implementation team to clarify client requirements • Provide insights to product management • Participate in seminars, trade shows, and webinars • Stay informed about the foundations and philanthropy sector

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in inside sales within a B2B software/SaaS environment • Experience in Grants Management, Non-Profit, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is highly desirable • Strong oral and written communication skills • Passion for technology • Exceptional listening and probing skills • Focus on acquiring new business while maintaining and growing existing client relationships • Proven ability to drive qualified leads to conversion • Experience navigating complex procurement steps and security reviews • Strong organizational and time management skills • Tenacious and resilient • Competitive drive combined with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
