• The Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing outbound prospecting activities, qualifying leads, and assisting in closing deals • You will work closely with senior sales team members and have the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle in a B2B SaaS environment • Responsibilities include Lead Generation & Prospecting, Opportunity Qualification, Sales Outreach, CRM Management, Customer Relationship Building, Assisting in Sales Cycle, Collaboration, and Sales Training & Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5 years of experience in sales with 1-2 years of experience in an account executive, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and team members • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus • Basic understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and willingness to learn more about the industry • Familiarity with the sales pipeline and lead qualification processes, and the ability to run discovery calls independently
