β€’ Conducting outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell products β€’ Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat β€’ Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions β€’ Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in Salesforce.com β€’ Collaborating with the field sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets β€’ Demonstrating procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs β€’ Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline β€’ Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or higher (1) years' experience in sales β€’ High School Diploma/GED (5) years' experience in sales β€’ Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Strong organizational skills β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools β€’ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
