• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health's mental health services to state and local government entities. • Identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities within the public sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers. • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Spring Health’s services. • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the public sector • Preferred benefits/healthcare sales experience, but not required • Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to state and local governments. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (50%) • A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health • Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity • Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change • Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature
