Description

•Drive the company’s growth and expand market presence in the Malay region. •Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet revenue targets. •Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. •Implement business development strategy to achieve organizational goals. •Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets. •Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. •Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. •Provide updates to management on progress and market insights.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex or financial services industry. •Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. •Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions. •Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets. •Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments. •Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. •Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform. •Solid experience with CRM software. •Excellent use of Malay language. •Good use (oral and writing) of English language.
