📋 Description

• This highly visible Business Development Director will be focused on prospecting and closing new Facility Solutions business for the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate market, supporting Building Service Contractors (BSCs) and Property Management. • You will aggressively pursue targeted Strategic Account opportunities worth $750K+ nationally. • Executing business development sales strategies to move targeted prospects to active opportunities while positioning Staples Facility Solutions as the preferred solution. • Collaborating with other members of the Sales Team on Strategic Account opportunities to secure contractual relationships. • Providing guidance on RFPs/RFIs, pricing strategy, legal agreements, and CPE’s. • Building customer-facing presentations and preparing pricing proposals. • Engaging in customer meetings and presentations when necessary. • Supporting and training local Sales team members that support the IDN’s local sites. • Continually educating yourself in the Environmental Services (EVS) space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of related experience working with large complex sales opportunities. • 5 + years of industry experience and connections.
