Description

• The Account Manager position works directly with customers and internal teams • Ensure customer happiness and success through upselling products and services • Responsible for achieving new community relations engagement and revenue goals • Manage assigned territory to achieve new customer revenue goals • Outbound prospecting and market coverage via email, phone, and Zoom • Provide market insight and customer requirements • Develop prototype solutions tailored to customer needs • Support company marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience in a higher education leadership role (housing focused) • Utilizing StarRez (or similar) software to improve operations. • Experience working in or with Higher Education institutions and/or private residential communities • Mid Level or Senior Housing Officer leadership within Higher Education • Proven track record in revenue generation and/or sales cycle • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on business strategies • Excellent attention to detail • Strong desire to engage with customers.
