• Deeply understand your assigned account's business models • Demonstrate thought leadership and present specialized business plans to customers • Effectively execute plans as the Head Coach within StellarAlgo • Track account budget and margins • Actively seek customer feedback and identify drivers of satisfaction • Create long-term strategies for maintaining customer satisfaction • Anticipate issues on customer satisfaction and establish action plans • Leverage executive relationships to build customer trust • Proactively establish success measures and manage their execution

Requirements

• 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Account Management • 5+ years selling SaaS solutions to the professional sports industry • Experience in managing enterprise key accounts • Proven ability to strategize with C-suite customers and a large extended team
