Description

• Develop and deliver a world-class Sales Onboarding and Enablement program • Provide learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success • Deliver impactful, data-driven solutions, including remote and in-person training modules • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and People leadership to evaluate sales processes • Identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Sales team and maintain a knowledge base

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and growing a successful, high-performance Sales Enablement organization • Expertise in coaching the team in solution selling and exceptional communication skills • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, and digital-first communication required
