• Implement and oversee partnership development strategy • Achieve agreed upon sales targets • Identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospects • Provide market insights based on needs analysis • Regularly interface with University leadership • Work cross-functionally with internal departments for partner onboarding • Manage reporting to senior team leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales • Experience working in the education sector, preferably in higher education • Must have experience in Higher Education • Proven track record of expanding a company’s client base and sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
