📋 Description

• Drive market share growth for Sun’s coatings and adhesives in the paper-based packaging markets • Formulate the value propositions for product offerings for each market • Create training programs and customer acquisition plans • Collaborate with customers to define and solve technical packaging application issues • Partner with sales team to create mutually beneficial contractual arrangements • Develop relationships with customers, internal and external partners • Represent Sun’s coating and adhesive platforms at trade organizations • Monitor trends in the industry • Work with Product Managers and Development teams to develop needed products • Prepare “Target Lists” of customers • Create and give presentations on coatings and adhesives technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Chemistry or Engineering • 10-plus years of experience in the markets of focus (Printing and Packaging Markets) • Technical experience with application support and problem solving for coatings and/or adhesives • Experience in customer facing roles, either sales or technical service • Experience in market analysis • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • High degree of people skills • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
