Description

• As a Senior National Account Manager, you’ll manage strategic partnerships and retail opportunities. • Conduct successful negotiations and lead presentations. • Build seasonal plans and manage sales performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives. • Engage in business reviews and maintain retailer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and or comparable experience, preferably in the beauty industry; skincare experience a plus. • 2-4 years’ experience at a National Accounts Manager level, Ulta experience required. • IT skills -advanced level skill set in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills with ability to think and perform creatively. • Proven ability to follow up and maintain timelines. • Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing business needs and a fast-paced work environment.
