•Are you ready to make a real impact in the beauty industry? •Bellami Hair is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in driving our success. •Reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales, you will have the exciting opportunity to re-engage inactive customers and build stronger relationships with our valued small accounts. •Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and vitality of our brand, making this a truly rewarding position. •This role is focused on supporting our Alabama / Mississippi Region. •While the role is 100% remote, we ask that all interested candidates be currently living in this area.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience •Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with professional hair stylists or in the beauty industry •Knowledgeable and competent in the key elements of inside sales, including: Proven ability to sell and get results •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •Customer qualification, acquisition, and business development utilizing effective sales techniques •Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills •Ability to translate solutions back to internal and external customer(s) as well as management •Interface effectively with all levels in the organization and excel in a team-oriented environment •Able to efficiently manage core job responsibilities and assigned projects while meeting established deadlines. •Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with customer relationship management databases •Proven ability to work with confidential and proprietary information and data •Experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify a plus •Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills •Exemplary oral and written communication skills
