📋 Description

• We are Suttons Creek, LLC, a fully remote managed services provider and expert consultancy that supports the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries in bringing life-saving therapies to patients faster. • This role requires working with our Suttons Creek executive leadership team to define and implement our corporate vision to meet revenue and profit goals. • Responsibilities include sales and marketing strategy development, budget management, and organizational structure oversight for sales needs. • The VP will also lead client engagement, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop sales and marketing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of sales and business development experience in consulting services or a combination of business development, marketing, and executive management in consulting services, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work as a dedicated member of a team. • Purpose and results driven outlook and a desire to grow; ability to remain flexible. • Exceptionally strong writing and communication skills, with emphasis on quick, succinct, and error-free docs. • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, Board members, and external partners. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint and PowerPoint). • Experience with Sales Force [CRM], Kantata, and other similar systems. • Proven ability to handle confidential client information with absolute discretion. • Ability to travel 25% or more.
