• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or similar. • 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally within defense, with a proven sales record within B2B and B2G markets. • Strong network within homeland security segment, with contacts among potential partners and decision makers. • Experience with US defense industry standards and government contracts. • Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that growth and revenue goals are achieved. • Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. • Ability to work autonomously, driving personal initiatives, while also excelling as a team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve our common objectives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively present and convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships. • Prepared to travel 50-70 days per year to meet both domestic and international business demands.
