About the Role: As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will drive customer acquisition in our SMB segment! We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company.

Requirements

Experience : Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus. Quota crusher : Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals. Communication : Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders. Discovery : Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers. Adaptability : Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed. High energy and startup attitude : Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
