Description

• As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a key member of the Commercial Team, helping to execute our strategy by working leads into qualified opportunities. • Responsible for working with leaders and executives from organizations in our enterprise segment. • Develop and implement strategic approaches to engage target accounts, collaborating with the marketing team to secure qualified meetings. • Drive the creation and execution of account-based outbound campaigns, utilizing resources to enhance personalization and effectiveness. • Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to align our vision and ideal customer profile with their goals. • Turn qualified prospects into well-defined opportunities for the Tango Enterprise business. • Actively share feedback and learnings with cross-functional teams. • Overachieve on a defined quota and goals, both quarterly and annually.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Sales or related experience. Bonus points for work at PLG and/or Series A-B companies. • You are eager to grow as a commercial leader. • You have a proven track record of going 0:1. • You’re a quick learner and coachable. Always looking for ways to improve and develop your skills. • You have excellent relationship-building skills. • You’re comfortable and energized working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with ambiguity. • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • You work well with teammates and like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities. • You're a self-starter, competitive, and driven. • You're self-disciplined, accountable, and reliable. • You view this opportunity as a career, not as a job.
