Description

• Manage and convert inbound inquiries for customers • Develop understanding of customer needs for prototype parts to production • Demonstrate higher value of Xometry's offerings to grow business share • Sell Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers • Focus on supply chain and customer strategic objectives • Initiate and build relationships with engineering and management • Plan and roadmap for enterprise accounts • Setup sales calls and presentations for executives • Qualify and convert potential leads • Collaborate with technical staff to meet customer needs • Ensure accurate data management in CRM • Uphold company representation standards • Propose winning solutions and negotiate contracts • Participate in training and mentoring programs • Comply with Xometry quality and safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 6+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying closing sales role • At least 2+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies • A demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is preferred • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time • High proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations with customers • Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems • Experience with strategic sales planning • Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal • Strong negotiation skills and results driven • Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment
