• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in SaaS insurance software and business development to join our dynamic team. • You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the insurance software sector. • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS insurance software solutions. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and P&C insurance software solutions. • Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify new business leads and drive growth for Policy Port product. • In-depth understanding of the P&C insurance industry and the specific needs and challenges faced by insurance companies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our software solutions. • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
