• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities that not only meets targets but ensures more organisations can access innovative wellbeing solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle with care and attention, ensuring each interaction adds value. • Represent TELUS Health with passion and purpose, sharing our vision for improved wellbeing outcomes through compelling business presentations and prospect engagement. • As a strategic leader, you'll navigate organisations through their wellness journey, bringing together key stakeholders and aligning solutions with their unique needs. • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers and channel partners who share our commitment to transforming healthcare delivery. • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities where expanded solutions could further enhance our clients' health and wellness programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, selling to SME organisations with <10,000 employees • Consistent track record meeting and exceeding annual quotas of £500,000 • Experience selling HR technology, employee wellness, engagement, L&D, or benefits solutions (Preferred) • Expertise in building influential relationships at all organisational levels • Strong business acumen and organisation skills with strategic approach to territory management • Self-driven approach to pipeline generation and opportunity development • Strong interpersonal skills, and solid written and oral communication skills • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM for data-driven decision making • Travel within the assigned region(s) will be required
