Description

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our most critical clients • Ensure the successful execution of the client’s strategy, by aligning on priorities and tracking deliverables to agreed deadlines • Develop detailed, comprehensives briefs for the wider team of contributors on the account, based on the scope of delivery and services • Structure the wider team of contributors and subject matter experts as required to meet client deliverables and execute on agreed strategy • Provide regular status reports to keep clients informed on project progress and key milestones including updates on timelines, budget status, performance metrics, and next steps • Update CRM and internal workflows with latest updates and activity for each account • Work with the account owners to understand and align on strategic objectives and direction and identify key contacts, success criteria, etc • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services into existing accounts • Escalate any issues or concerns pertaining to a specific account or delivery • Build relationships based on integrity, empathy, and predictability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management in a marketing agency environment • Experience and understanding of Financial Services • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Is a self-starter, extremely organised, and enjoys getting results • Is always challenging the status-quo and exploring new ways to deliver • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills • Works well as part of a wider team, always putting the team over the individual • Is able to work remotely with occasional travel for company and industry events • Is familiar with HubSpot, Project Management tools and Google Workspace • Has set and reported on KPIs and/or OKRs • Is familiar with the most recent AI tooling and developments
