• Guide strategy and execution for the North American Regional Marketing Team, focusing on product launches, campaign execution, demand generation, and market development activities • Collaborate with product management across BU’s to develop and implement launch plans for new products. Set targets, measure outcomes, and iterate as needed • Develop strategies for existing products, refine positioning, and address driven threats • Find opportunities to drive demand and hold the team accountable for meeting targets. Understand and prioritize channels (Direct, Digital, Web) to deliver programs with desired impact • Segment markets and develop workflows to support strategic wins • Leverage customer feedback and voice of sales to advise roadmaps, application development, and marketing strategies • Lead the team responsible for planning the annual commercial meeting, coordinating with partners to ensure successful execution • Partner on GSD-wide initiatives to enhance awareness and demand in research, biotech/pharma, and clinical segments • Ensure good insight to channel and program execution and optimize return on investment on campaigns and improve marketing processes • Build and lead a successful marketing team, fostering professional development and continuous learning. Build and cultivate a culture of strong talent development
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business; advanced degree preferred • 10+ years in a Life Science company with a strong record of leading teams • Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders • Experience in Regional marketing, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and digital channels • Skilled in driving outcomes in a matrixed environment with a focus on continuous improvement
