Description
• The Director will manage existing relationships and form new relationships with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners. • Responsible for engaging in all aspects of the loan origination process. • Work closely with transaction managers, credit, legal, and state/ local C-PACE Program Administrators to close C-PACE transactions.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years of commercial real estate originations experience. • Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial real estate originations experience. • Strong underwriting and structuring skills. • Ground up construction experience. • Bilingual fluency English/ Spanish.
