📋 Description

• Optimize Executive Efficiency: Manage inboxes, respond on behalf of executives, and ensure smooth operations. • Calendar Management: Keep executives on schedule with well-organized, prepared, and optimized calendars. • Operations Management: Create SOPs, manage internal and external presentations, take meeting minutes, and drive business goals forward. • Executive Representation: Attend meetings on behalf of CEOs/Founders and effectively communicate their vision and priorities. • Event & Travel Planning: Coordinate logistics for business and personal travel, events, and accommodations. • Executive Outreach & External Relations: Organize and streamline communications with external stakeholders. • Board Management: Assist in coordinating and managing Board of Directors interactions. • Expense Management: Record and submit expense reports with accuracy and efficiency. • Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Manage executive gifting, reservations, appointments, personal travel, and other ad hoc tasks. • Start-Up Operations Support: Take on additional duties as needed to keep the startup running seamlessly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives. • At least 1 year of experience working in startups. • Strong technical aptitude and adaptability to new technology. • Experience in startup fundraising is a plus.
