Description

• The Vice President of National Sales (PBM) is responsible for generating revenue. • Execute strategic plans for selling PBM solutions to large self-funded employers. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national sales targets. • Manage Complex PBM Sales Cycles ensuring successful deal closures. • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and health plan leaders. • Deliver presentations to employers, brokers, and industry events to promote solutions.

You have fantastic planning and execution skills and energy. • A minimum of 15+ years of experience successfully selling benefits, wellness, healthcare technology, or insurance solutions on a national level. • A proven track record of developing a large organic pipeline with fortune 100 companies. • Prior experience working in a start-up/growth environment and comfortable with the nuances. • Deep industry expertise along with well established relationships with key stakeholders. • Poise and experience selling to C-Suite in-person and virtually. • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills along with a captivating presentation style. • CRM experience - Salesforce.com preferred. • A relevant bachelor’s degree. • An ability to travel up to 50% of the time with overnight travel included.
