• Job Title: Field Sales Representative • Department: Sales • Supervisor: Business Development Manager • Location: Remote in Houston, TX • HGS Inc is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will support and grow our business in the US focusing on Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Oil & Gas and Renewable tier 1 customers. • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of success selling electrical components, systems, and or assemblies into various industries. • Hunter mentality and self-starter.

Requirements

• Education: Associates Degree or higher • Experience: 2-3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting • Working knowledge of sales and building customer relationships in the areas of but not limited to Aerospace & Defense (A&D), submarine connectors, Oil & Gas and Renewable tier 1. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills • Ability to sell value (total cost of ownership) vs price
