β€’ Lead role in driving new business for the Integrated Electronics business unit β€’ Identify, develop, and capture new and re-compete product business consistent with the BU strategy β€’ Work with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to create solutions that exceed customer expectations β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with customer program and engineering staff β€’ Maintain lead tracking information throughout capture lifecycle β€’ Coordinate with Customer Account Managers and Sales Team on customer activity and competitive landscape β€’ Develop bid/no-bid review packages for critical decision-making β€’ Perform Capture Management role as needed β€’ Work with teams to drive identification and development of new capabilities for new programs

Requirements

β€’ Security clearance, or ability to attain a clearance, highly preferred β€’ Possess strong understanding of the A&D customer environment, the DoD, OEM/Primes and/or other target customers, and knowledge/understanding of key programs at the DoD level β€’ Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with leading A&D customers β€’ Strong understanding of complex PCB’s, Microelectronics, and advanced packaging industry, products, and competition β€’ Strong understanding PCB/Microelectronics industry, RF/MW products, and design-to-specification solution selling β€’ Recent and relevant subject matter expertise in Rad Hard Power Conversion, Motor Control, GaN technologies, Data conversion, Advanced packaging, and SoC β€’ Ability to rapidly gain a strong understanding of our existing products/capabilities & our competitors in the industry β€’ Demonstrated ability to identify and assess new business opportunities and develop effective capture strategies β€’ Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with BU and Regional teammates β€’ Effective team leader with ability to collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries β€’ Clear and established track record of new business wins, including recent and relevant awards greater than $10m per event
