Description

β€’ Achieving annual sales quota by cultivating strong, consultative relationships with educational institutions around the country. β€’ Building a strong pipeline of opportunity within your territory by attending industry events, researching potential leads, networking, social media exposure, and following up on qualified leads. β€’ Evangelizing the uConnect platform and revolution at industry events and across your social media channels. β€’ Working closely with Product and Marketing teams to help us get better/faster/stronger and stay responsive to customer needs. β€’ Delivering demos and sales presentations both online and in-person. β€’ Identifying new areas for sales opportunity and revenue growth.

Requirements

β€’ Background as a Business Development Representative and experience handling a high-volume of outbound and inbound interactions. β€’ Proven track record in delivering $500K+ in annual sales. β€’ Experience of closing consultative customer deals in a B2B sales environment (bonus points for SaaS B2B). β€’ A knack for identifying and developing customer champions to improve conversion. β€’ Disciplined working in a CRM system (eg, Hubspot) to manage your pipeline. β€’ Demonstrated track record of opening new business relationships with mid-sized and larger institutions and / or businesses. β€’ Comfortable working in a remote-first setting, including working knowledge of common tools for collaborating remotely (ie. Zoom, Slack, G Suite etc.)
