Individuals should combine an intense competitive spirit, strong curiosity and a growth mindset to achieve ambitious business objectives.
• 2+ years of previous experience performing in a high-volume, outbound sales role • Demonstrated track record of high achievement and a strong desire to exceed measurable performance goals • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong research skills and ability to interpret research into insightful recommendations • Must be a self-starter • Interest in the education market • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to grow and win • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious • You will also have a proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset. • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
