🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles β€’ Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with business clients β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β€’ Proactive problem solver with the ability to navigate complex situations β€’ Experience with CRM platforms and tools β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
