Description

• Founded in 2003, IT Concepts focuses on customer-centricity, teamwork, innovation, and integrity. • IT Concepts is seeking a VP of Business Development, Human Capital to lead growth initiatives. • Responsible for developing a pipeline and driving business growth within the Human Capital portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in progressive Federal business development or capture roles focused on Human Capital, IT, data, or management consulting • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred • Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the government human capital sector • Prior experience within the IT business sector • Well versed in the rules and distinctions of awarding Federal small business contracts • Exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, development and presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning and closing • Proven experience driving and implementing growth • Must have experience working with databases/information repositories used for diligence on qualified opportunities • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including superior presentation skills • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience bidding on large business contracts highly desired • Prior operational experience a plus
