Description

•We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. •You will focus on growing partner field engagement across multiple partner types. •Develop/nurture key partner relationships and lead multiple field-facing work streams. •You will report to the Head of Partnerships - GTM Americas. •Leverage tools such as Crossbeam to identify and engage target opportunities. •Partner to seller engagement - nurture strategic partner to seller relationships in the field. •Assess, identify and onboard ideal partner types to tie into local GTM strategy.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. •5+ years of experience in partnerships, with experience integrating partnerships as a strategic GTM lever and working towards partner revenue goals •Proven track record of closing deals successfully. •In-depth understanding of the advisory and consultancy landscape •Experience building teams and optimizing cross-functional partnerships •Experience in HR Tech SaaS, and Enterprise Accounts •Ability to travel up to 30%
