Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role. • A strong client-centered focus and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences. • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Confidence in facilitating live sessions via platforms like Zoom. • Patience and empathy to handle challenging client situations. • The ability to learn and use new technology quickly (e.g., Google Suite, Hubspot, Slack, Calendly, Jotform, Zapier). • Bonus Points: Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools. • Experience working with no-code applications like Zapier or Make. • Previous experience in consulting or working with executive stakeholders. • Technical background or familiarity with software/web development. • Programming experience (optional but a plus).
