🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 3+ years in sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and securing new business. β€’ Proficiency in business development, account management, and product sales, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients (hunting) while also growing existing accounts (farming). β€’ Familiarity with pharmaceutical client ecosystems, including CRM/CLM systems (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA) and marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, Marketo). β€’ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, capable of building long-term relationships and effectively communicating Viseven's value proposition. β€’ Strong planning and leadership capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. β€’ Ability to work closely with internal teams, including marketing and client success managers, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. β€’ Willingness to travel for client and prospect meetings, industry events, and business development activities (approximately 15% of working time).
