β€’ Dealer Sales & Relationship Management: Engage with motorsports dealerships to drive sales, establish relationships, and expand Volcon’s dealer network. β€’ Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of Volcon electric vehicles, educating dealers and customers on features, benefits, and performance. β€’ Event Execution: Set up and manage demo days, ride events, and dealership activations to generate interest and close deals. β€’ Travel Nationwide: Operate on a 6-week road schedule followed by 2 weeks off, covering key dealership territories. β€’ Lead Generation & Reporting: Capture dealer interest, provide feedback on market trends, and report sales activity to the leadership team. β€’ Brand Representation: Embody Volcon’s brand values and ensure a premium experience for every dealer interaction.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, dealership sales, or the powersports industry. β€’ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to tow a trailer and confidently transport vehicles. β€’ Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently on the road. β€’ Passion for powersports, electric vehicles, or outdoor adventure is a plus.
