🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus. • 10+ years proven experience in succession planning, talent management, or a similar role within the financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of the RIA industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future needs. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making processes. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Proficiency in utilizing technology and software applications relevant to succession planning and talent management. • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
