• Director of Business Development responsible for cultivating partnerships in the Life Sciences sector • Identify and evaluate opportunities in oncology aligning with Pathos' goals • Communicate Pathos’s mission and strategy with asset owners • Determine asset pursuit from scientific and clinical perspectives • Build relationships with R&D and commercial executives to develop opportunities

Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline preferred • Minimum 7+ years in Business Development and Sales in the Life Sciences sector (Pharma / Biotech) • Facilitated a minimum of 3 oncology in-/out-licensing deals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills • Flexible, well-organized, and able to work well under pressure
