Description

β€’ Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. β€’ Identify and research potential commercial clients, including businesses, organizations, foundations, and funds. β€’ Build and run sales reports, dashboards, and business planning models. β€’ Develop tailored sales strategies for each client, incorporating market analysis, competitor research, and product/service positioning. β€’ Negotiate agreements and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. β€’ Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments. β€’ Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. β€’ Demonstrate and sell commercial solutions, such as crypto accounting services.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial sales and business development. β€’ Deep understanding of an intangible product as cryptocurrency/blockchain technology, including market dynamics, use cases, and applications. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills β€’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and work under pressure β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction. β€’ Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team. β€’ Analytical, decisive, ownership, organized and results-oriented capacity. β€’ Fluency in English and Spanish β€’ Experience in the fintech/financial services or real estate industry β€’ Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. β€’ Certifications in sales, such as CFP or CFA, or blockchain-related certifications. β€’ Experience with CRM- Pipedrive
