Description

• Source and develop insurance premium finance opportunities via brokerage and advisory channels (or relationships) in assigned regional territory • Develop personal sales/marketing plan in collaboration with EVP • Maintain information on market trends, successes, challenges, and opportunities • Maintain CRM prospect and opportunity data; leverage data/analytics to drive production • Up to 50% travel throughout assigned territory to foster and develop relationships leveraging in-person and video conferencing tools where appropriate • Attend/represent Wintrust Life Finance at industry meetings and conferences • Assist in creation of marketing pieces and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' production-based sales experience with demonstrated success in Lending, Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Life Insurance Advanced Markets • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related field, preferred • Emphasis on client service • Self-starter who drives for results independently with minimal supervision • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (we use Salesforce) • Finance/Credit background is a plus
